Summary:
Twenty-four cupcakes, twenty-four countries! We just weren't going to try to do black frosting, as that was beyond the means of my kitchen at the time, so Germany and Estonia were augmented with chocolate chips. Mm.

And America and England. There was no way I was going to even attempt fifty little freaking white frosting dots, so you get retro!American flag. Also, um, please forgive the extra stripes. The maths, I cannot has them.

There were not enough cupcakes to do two Italies, so... I'm sure that this was awkward. (You'll notice that we replaced Spain's fancy crest thing with a tomato. Sorry, Spain.)
