Norway cosplay pics

Yesterday I sew my first cosplay costume. I tried to make the sewing machine to work like 20 times until I gave up and sew it by hand x__x It isn't complete because I made it too small and decided to not continue. I will try making another one, because my dad say he know how to make the sewing machine work.
However, I want to know if it looks good. Do I fit as Norway?
The hat is the graduation hat. I'm going to modify it later so it will look more like Norway's hat.
