Summary: I've been on an Igiko kick lately and I had this pretty image in my head of Igiko sitting in the rain like England did in 'Cleaning out Storage'. It didn't come out like I wanted, but I liked it still!
Her hair is in a ponytail rather than her pigtails mostly because I think this is more period and that she technically wouldn't have been allowed in the army. So I like to think she's trying to pass as a guy to get into the war. Or whatever. The whole 'nations but people but nations' is so bizarre at times. XD
