[Icon Bases] Hokuou Bases

We all know the author's newest Hokuou image.

I was making a few icons with the banner, but then got overwhelmed by the amount of cropping I could do with it, and made a lot of them. And I know I won't be able to finish them all, so I thought I'd share, if anyone was interested.
