First post here, and I thought I'd rec this amazing fic I stumbled across a while ago.

Yes, I know my summary sucks, so I won't even try. All I'll say is that it's Arthur-centric, a crossover with V for Vendetta, and provides some amazing insight into the nature of the Nations. One of the first Hetalia fics I ever read, and still one of my favorites.
