Excuse me for sounding so clueless, but what's the DW comm?

Also, if you just want company, you could always join what remains of the fandomly comm (http://hetaliafandomly.livejournal.com/). It's mostly an offtopic comm these days, and there are dead hours like everywhere else, but if you come in during the American evening hours, there are usually a couple people around.
And if you want to discuss something Hetalia, I guess it should be fine to open a thread about it on this comm by now. I believe there used to be rules about this, but with as little activity as we have, my guess is that anything would be appreciated.
