As far as I know, there isn't an english patch for the game and I never really tried using a software to translate it... I think that Atlas may work with the game because most of the doujin circles do their games in a really simple way (as in programing), I may be wrong though...
Also, this is the part of the game that I'm selling:
It's the second part of the game, since I damaged the first one a few months ago... this one is still new and I never opened it :)
