This is an off topic question..but I just want to be sure about something. When you say within 30 days after invoicing for charge 2, what does that mean? Like after it's shipped to you and you give me an invoice of the shipping cost in message? I just want to be sure I am understanding it correctly. And also to be certain that I haven't missed any charge 2 from you as of yet. I haven't received any from you yet so I am just assuming that you are just waiting for them to be shipped to you first. As always I appreciate everything you do for us crazy fans who want hetalia merch from japan. XD
