The good news: It seems like a fanbook that can be acquired in print does exist, and was released recently (late November).
However: It seems like it might be difficult to get because it doesn't look like it's available for order at doujinshi sites.
It's a Romania/Bulgaria book by this artist (it might be worthwhile to look at their pixiv if you are okay with that pairing; they draw it a lot). They have some preview pages of the book here. Instructions on how to order it are at the Artist's tumblr here.
But hopefully more books with Bulgaria in them will be drawn in the future. Good luck. :)
