It is rare to see other nations like Bulgaria, Romania, or micronations to be in more than one panel of a doujinshi. Let alone be the main character/pairing of one. I was lucky to see one doujinshi about Hetalia's India.
The only thing close I got from Bulgaria related doujinshi in Pixiv from tags is one that relates to a fanbook of Hetalia Bloodbath 2011 events. Unfortunately, it was available only during an old Comiket last year, Comic Market 81.
