Most people suggest Amazon and Rightstuf before anything else, but I know personally I have to find a middleman to get through those sites with the whole credit card-only issues. :/

Ebay sometimes gets a bit, but usually overpriced.

There doesn't seem to be any one place that gets everything, though. I'd just say throw the item name into Yahoo or Google. I've found each item's price to vary by store, anyway, so it can't hurt to see all the options at once.
