Unfortunately, the only moderator there is youkofujima. And she hasn't updated her journal since March and, as far as my knowledge goes, no one's been able to get into contact with her?
As a result I'm not responsible for it. :/ But since she's the only mod there and she was also mod here and aph_request was an extension of this comm, it's possible I could simply have an unofficial closing of the community and have all such questions/requests moved here? Or I could make a new community and moderate it myself. :(
For now, put all of your links there in the subject line, or try to(use a url shortener if you have a lot) or PM your links to the asker if possible(or just take out the http:// and see if that lets it post.) I'll ask the comm what it wants to do about that. Thanks for bringing that up!
