I agree with your interpretation with America and England's relationship when it comes to who tries to put out more, so to speak. xD It really is the opposite from my experience as well--which is why I find it funny when people make England do all these crazy things for America's attention. Although it might be because of the "tsundere" label that's expressed in exaggerated lengths if it's that extreme.

Anyway, I really liked your comic and how it ties into Doctor Who (...I still need to watch it okay ;A;). I had fun reading everything on this post! xD
