ノルウェイジャン・バタークライシス！と国内外で話題の
ノルウェーでバターダイエットが流行りすぎてバターが国内から消えたって言う話。
スウェーデンが警戒するほどバターの運び屋がわらわら出てきちゃったらしい。

そしてデンマークのバター支援来た！！
ノルウェーのクリスマスを救えるだろうか！？

北欧は寒い国だけあって必要なカロリーも比較的高く
レーションなんかは高カロリー帝国のアメリカを
ぶっちぎって高カロリーのオンパレード。
バターを付け加えるだけならわりと消化できるものなのかも。
暖かいところでやるのはあまりお勧めできないが…。

There was a Polish dietrition that believed high fatty means for breakfast were a good way to loose wight, so oovlts of butter, cream, sausages etc. and there are peoplewhi follow that. But just because there is lots of fat in ones diet doesn't mean anything, the French have a much more fat in their diet then Americans but have a much lower rate of obesity and heart diesease. It's just a matter of what the fat is like.

Sweden actually had a slighter butter crisis as well some time ago, seems to have passed now. (Wouldn't know, I use margarine for everything myself.) Could be linked. Norway coming over, taking our butter with their oil money and still running out of their own. XD Why can't I stop laughing?

(Any Norwegians reading this, I hope this doesn't come off as offensive, I can't tell, laugh attacks might be cutting off oxygen to my brain right now. You know we love you guys (and your money).)

It's not a butter diet, it's called the Paleo diet. (http://paleodietlifestyle.com/paleo-101/) The diet calls for eliminating all sugar, grains, legumes and seed oils and eating as much saturated fat as possible. Think of it as an extreme form of Atkins. Butter is very high in saturated fat so people who follow this diet eat more of it.
